Delivery and return terms
Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of placing the order. We mainly use Matkahuolto and Posti for delivery. Orders may take a few days longer to process if the order queue is long.

Shipping costs
We charge €3.99 for delivery with Matkahuolto and €4.99 with Posti.
Return
According to the Consumer Protection Act, products in good condition have a 14-day right of exchange and return from the day the customer receives the product. Please note that the right of return only applies to unopened and unused products. If the products are defective, we will refund the customer the full purchase amount or replace the product. In other cases, the customer will pay the shipping costs for the return. If you would like to make a return, please contact us by email at info@rajuskincare.fi or via the contact form.
We will charge a delivery/handling fee of €10 for uncollected shipments. If you have not collected your shipment by the due date, please contact us via the contact form / email.
